Patrick J. Maloney

Mr. Maloney is renowned for his work representing clients injured as a result of negligence on the part of doctors and other healthcare professionals. He has been practicing in Buffalo, New York, since 1982. In addition to millions recovered in settlements, he has conducted trials in medical malpractice cases to verdict in all eight counties of Western New York.

Attesting to the respect his peers have for him, Mr. Maloney has been elected and served as past president of three prestigious organizations: The American Board of Trial Advocates(ABOTA), New York State Trial Lawyers (Western Region Affiliate) and Western New York Trial Lawyers (WNYTL).

In addition to being one of Buffalo’s premier medical malpractice lawyers, Mr. Maloney is also well known for his work in the areas of products liability, personal injury, wrongful death and birth trauma litigation. Despite the adversarial nature of his practice, he is widely recognized for his adherence to the highest principles of professional ethics and civility.

He is sought out by legal and civic organizations to provide continuing education on current topics of interest and has presented at the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers and various Bar Association seminars.

Pat and his wife have three children. They are active in their church and support causes dedicated to preserving Irish heritage.
